Please go ahead.Thank you, Rob. Good morning, everyone. My name is Marlene Owen, and I am the Director of Investor Relations at Steel Dynamics. We want to welcome you to Steel Dynamics' Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2012 Earnings Conference Call. We will start the call with introductory remarks and commentary on our fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results, including the number of highlights relative to our markets from Steel Dynamics' President and CEO, Mark Millett. Next, Theresa Wagler, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Steel Dynamics, Inc. will provide additional financial details for the fourth quarter 2012 and full year 2012 period and comment on a few financial matters.
